Sunrise Hr Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s always moving. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the people who come looking for work. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy carpets. It’s just a plain office where we sit and talk to candidates. Some days are slow, and other days the door doesn't stop swinging. We try to keep track of everyone, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. It’s just a few of us here. We grab lunch from the local stalls nearby most days. The traffic in Laxmi Nagar can be a nightmare, so we usually get here early to beat it. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People usually find us because someone else told them to come here. It’s been that way for a long time. We just talk to people, look at their experience, and see if there’s a fit somewhere. It’s straightforward work. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. It’s just us doing HR stuff in a busy part of town. That’s how it goes. Some people call us on the phone, some just walk in. It works for us.
