Summit Hr Outsorcing Pvt Ltd is located at Site-1/189 in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. It’s a busy spot in a busy city. Our office is a place where we spend a lot of time talking to people on the phone and looking through piles of resumes. HR isn't always glamorous, and our office reflects that. It’s practical. We have some sturdy desks, a few filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a water cooler that everyone gathers around. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Delhi. We just want a space where we can focus on helping people find work and helping companies find staff. The traffic in Vikaspuri can be a nightmare, so we’re usually pretty happy once we finally make it through the door in the morning. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve been together long enough that we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We don't use fancy marketing talk because we don't see the point. People come to us because they need help with hiring or finding a job, and we just try to be useful. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, like checking references and updating databases, but it feels good when a match actually works out. We’re just a local business doing our thing in Site-1 and trying to keep our heads above water.
