You can find us at JD-8 on the upper ground floor in Malviya Nagar. We are Sukhvarsha Management Service Pvt Ltd, and this has been our base for a good while. Since we are on the upper ground floor, it is very easy to just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Malviya Nagar is one of those neighborhoods where something is always happening, so there is plenty of noise and energy right outside our door. Our office space is quite straightforward. We have the usual desks, some computers that have been around for a few years, and a lot of folders. We don't believe in spending a lot on interior design, so the walls are just plain and the furniture is purely functional. There is a small area in the back where we keep the cleaning supplies and a small stove for making tea. It feels like a local spot because most of us know the people in the neighboring offices. We have our own way of doing things here, and it doesn't involve any corporate slogans or polished speeches. We just handle the management services we are responsible for and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the street gets flooded during the monsoon, which makes getting to the office a bit of an adventure. It is a real, everyday workplace for a group of people who just want to do their jobs well.
