Steria (Earlier Xansa India Ltd)

We are over in Noida now. Some people still remember us as Xansa India Ltd, but the name is Steria these days. Honestly, the name change didn't change much about how we actually work day to day. We are still the same people in the same office. Noida is a bit different from Delhi, more space but still plenty of traffic to deal with. Our building is pretty standard for this area. It’s got everything we need to get through the workday. We have our different departments, but we all end up eating in the same small breakroom. It’s not a glamorous life. We spend a lot of time on computers and in meetings that probably go on a bit too long. The office has that typical grey carpet and fluorescent lighting you see everywhere. We try to make it feel a bit more like home with a few plants, though half of them are dying because we forget to water them. It’s just a place where work gets done. We aren't making grand promises about the future. We just handle the projects that come our way. People here are hard workers, and we try to keep things realistic. No one is pretending it’s a playground. It’s an office, and we are here to do our jobs and then go home to our families.
