Sterco Welders Pvt Ltd is based out of Plot No 23 in the SSI Coopreative Industrial Estate, right off G T Karnal Road. This is an industrial area, so it’s always loud with the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We’ve been here at this plot for quite a while. The work we do involves a lot of metal and welding equipment. It’s a dusty place sometimes, and it gets hot in the summer, but that is the nature of an industrial estate. We aren't an office-based company in the traditional sense; most of our space is dedicated to the shop floor and storage. Being on G T Karnal Road makes it easier for the bigger vehicles to reach us, which is important for moving heavy supplies. We have a small crew that knows the ropes and keeps the operations running. Sterco Welders Pvt Ltd isn't about looking polished; it's about the actual physical labor and the equipment we handle. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are functional and the floor is built for heavy use. If you come to Plot No 23, you’ll see us working on whatever project is currently on the bench. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep our tools ready and we get the jobs done as they come in. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their daily shift.
