Starpowerz Human Resource Pvt Ltd is located in New Delhi. We don’t have a massive building with our name in lights. It is just a regular office where we handle HR stuff. We deal with things like hiring and managing staff for different places. New Delhi is a huge city and there are always people looking for work. We sit here and go through resumes and talk to people on the phone all day. It’s not very glamorous work, but it needs to be done. Our team is small and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We know how the local job market is. Some days the office is very quiet, and other days everyone is talking at once. We don’t use any of those fancy systems that big companies use. We just keep our own records and try to stay organized. Being in New Delhi means we are right in the middle of everything. We have seen a lot of changes in the city over the years. We just keep doing our bit. We don't have a marketing team or a big budget for ads. People just know where to find us. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at computer screens. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We try to be helpful when someone comes in looking for advice on their career or their company needs. It is just regular work for us.
