Starpower Human Resource Pvt Ltd is located at 9/33-Double Storey in Vijay Nagar. Being right by the North Campus makes it a very energetic area to be in. We deal with hiring and putting people into jobs, which is always a bit of a puzzle. You meet a lot of different characters in this line of work. Our office is a simple double-storey setup, nothing too fancy, just some desks and filing cabinets filled with resumes. We spend our days interviewing folks or calling companies to see what kind of help they need. It’s not a perfect science, and sometimes people don’t show up for interviews, but we keep at it. Vijay Nagar has a lot of students and young professionals around, so there is always someone looking for a new start. We aren't interested in using big words to describe what we do. We just try to find a person a job and a company a worker. It's basic stuff, really. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels like there is always something happening.
