Sps Placements

Sps Placements is based in Heritage Tower, unit 373, here in New Delhi. It’s a busy building and we’ve been here long enough that the guards know us by name. Our job is mostly about helping people find a place to work, which sounds simple but can be quite a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes, trying to match folks with the right roles. It’s not a fancy life, just a lot of talking and organizing. We aren't some giant agency with branches everywhere; we’re just right here in the tower. New Delhi is a big city with so many people looking for jobs, and we try to help out as much as we can from our office. We don't promise anyone the moon or anything like that. We just look at what’s available and see who fits. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes it takes a few tries. That’s just the way the job market is. The office is usually piled with folders and notes, which is how we like it because it means things are moving. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations or big corporate meetings. We just prefer to keep things real and talk to people like they’re people, not just numbers on a page. It’s what we’ve always done at 373 and it seems to get the job done.
