Sourabh Electricals

You will find Sourabh Electricals at Shop No. 2103/117 inside Bhagirath Palace. This is right in the middle of Chandni Chowk, so you can imagine how crowded it gets every single day. The building is famous for electrical goods, and our shop is just one small part of that massive market. We have wires, switches, and lighting fixtures crammed into every available inch of space. It is a bit of a mess, to be honest, with boxes stacked up high and coils of wire hanging from the walls. We spend our days helping people find the right components for their wiring jobs. The noise from the street outside and the other shops in the palace is constant. There is always someone shouting or a bell ringing. We don't have much in the way of air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that struggle to move the air when the shop is full of people. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to Bhagirath Palace for years. We do everything manually, from checking the stock to writing out the receipts. It is a fast-paced environment and you have to be quick to keep up. We don’t have a big corporate mission. We just open the shutters in the morning, sell our electrical parts, and deal with the chaos of Chandni Chowk until it is time to go home.
