Mac Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is based at Ed 18-A in Pitampura. We have been working out of this office for quite some time now. Pitampura is a busy area with a lot of people moving in and out, so there is always something happening in the property market. Our office isn't anything too special, just a regular place where we can sit down with people and look at maps or listings. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out driving around the neighborhood to look at different houses and plots. Real estate is a lot of talking and walking, and we do plenty of both. Ed 18-A is our home base where we keep all the files and documents. It’s a bit of a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the paperwork. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that; we just try to help people find a place that works for them. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it’s crazy, but we just keep coming in and doing the work. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the streets pretty well. It’s a practical business. We don't try to be overly polished or fancy. We just tell people what we know about the local area and go from there. It is a simple way of doing things that seems to work for us.
