Om Surgical Company

Finding us can be a bit of an adventure if you aren't used to the narrow streets of Chandni Chowk. Om Surgical Company is located at Plot No-1571-A, right below the Central Bank on Diwan Hall Road. This area, Bhagirath Palace, is famous for all sorts of shops, and we are right in the thick of it. The building is old, and you have to walk past a lot of other vendors to get to our entrance. Once you are inside, you'll see shelves stacked high with boxes of surgical supplies and medical equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze because space is very tight in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time answering the phone and checking the stock for customers who come in from all over the state. The noise from the street outside never really stops, with rickshaws and people constantly moving back and forth. We have been in this spot for years, and we know most of the other shopkeepers on the block. It’s a busy environment where you have to be quick on your feet to keep up with the orders. We don't have a lot of room for a showroom, so we just show people what they need directly from the storage area. It's a very traditional way of doing business, based on long-term relationships and just being there when someone needs a specific item for a clinic or a hospital. The stairs can be a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step.
