We don't have a marketing team or a polished website. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We’re just a few technicians and some office staff keeping everything running. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped with all the boxes of parts, but we manage just fine. We like the neighborhood feel of Poorvi, and it’s easy for folks to drop by if they need a repair or have a question about a machine. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a small, honest operation. We take pride in our work, even if we don't shout about it from the rooftops.
