Our office for Sonyo Careers Pvt Ltd is over in Dilshad Colony, at G-102/6. We’re tucked away in this part of New Delhi-95, and it’s a pretty busy neighborhood. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our team to sit and handle the career services we provide. We’ve got a couple of old fans that hum while we work, and the walls are covered with calendars and notes. It’s a very practical space. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to candidates and companies, trying to make things click. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. Dilshad Colony has a lot of small shops and narrow lanes, so it feels like a real community here. We often step out for a quick snack at the corner stall when things get too busy. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, if you walk in, you’re talking directly to one of us. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the area change around us. The work keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't try to sound like some big international firm. We’re just a small private limited company doing our bit in East Delhi. It’s a lot of typing, a lot of talking, and a lot of patience, but we like the rhythm of it. The desk is always messy, but the work gets done eventually.
