Soni Placement

Over in Old Faridabad, at Plot No 4 in Friends Colony, is where we run Soni Placement. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, away from the main road’s heavy traffic. Our office is a simple place where we spend the day matching people with jobs that need doing. We get a lot of resumes sent our way, and we spend a good chunk of the afternoon reading through them and seeing who might be a good fit for what. It’s not always easy, as people have all sorts of different skills and expectations. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait to talk to us. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is in this part of Faridabad, so we just wait it out or work by the light from the door. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a small team trying to keep things moving. We talk to local businesses and see what they need, then we try to find someone in our files who can do the work. Friends Colony is a decent place to be based, and being at Plot No 4 makes us easy to find if you know the area. We just keep our heads down and do the work, helping folks find a way to earn their keep. Old Faridabad has changed a lot over the years, but our spot at Plot No 4 stays pretty much the same. We have a small kettle in the corner for making chai, and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here. We don't promise anyone miracles, we just look at the available roles and see if there's a match that makes sense for everyone involved.
