We are based in Delhi, and we’ve been operating for quite some time now. Somani Management Consultants is a small team, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily tasks that need doing. Our office is a bit crowded with filing cabinets and old computers, but it works for us. We don’t really go for the modern look because we’re too busy actually working. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things can get a bit hectic when several projects hit at once. We’ve spent a lot of years in this city, navigating the traffic and the changing seasons while keeping the business running. Every morning starts with someone making a pot of tea, and then we just dive into whatever is on the schedule. We don't have fancy titles or big speeches here. If someone needs help, they just ask. It’s a very flat way of working. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to explain things to each other anymore. We know the routines and we know what the expectations are. Delhi can be a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat or the noise, but we’ve made our own little space here where things make sense. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. It’s an honest way to spend the week, and we’re happy to be part of the local business community.
