Solutions Hr Consultancy

We are located over on the third floor of Krishna Apartments in Sector-6, Vaishali. It is one of those buildings in Ghaziabad where you kind of have to know where you are going because the signs are not always great. We spend most of our mornings looking through files and talking to folks who are looking for work. Solutions Hr Consultancy started because we knew a lot of people in the area needed jobs and companies were always asking for help to find them. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. The office is not fancy or anything. There is a tea stall nearby that we go to way too often when the afternoon slump hits. We have been at Plot-200 for a while now and the neighbors know us. Sometimes people just walk in without an appointment, which can be a bit much, but we try to help out when we can. Working in HR in U.P. is a bit of a rollercoaster. Some days the phones do not stop ringing and other days we are just organizing files and catching up on emails. It is just us doing our thing and trying to keep everything moving. We do not have any big corporate slogans. We just sit at our desks, drink our chai, and see who is hiring. It gets pretty loud in the apartments during the day with all the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two.
