It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our consulting business right from here. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time searching for the right people for different jobs, which is where the name comes from. It’s a lot of scrolling through lists and making follow-up calls. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with tea cups and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are nice, and we usually see the same faces every morning when we open the shutters. We aren't some big city firm with a glass building. We’re just here in Vijay Vihar doing the work. It’s a lot of regular daily grind, checking emails and following up on things that need doing. We don't use any of that corporate speak because it doesn't really fit who we are. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done. Rohini is a big place, but our little corner feels like home to us. There is a small market nearby where we get our snacks in the afternoon. We focus on getting through the tasks of the day and making sure we don't miss anything important. It’s honest work.
