Smart Hire

Running Smart Hire from this small spot at 103 Paschim Enclave has been our life for a while now. If you know Rohtak Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings. Our start was just trying to help neighbors find decent jobs because it seemed like everyone was looking for something better. New Delhi -87 is home for us. This office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some old chairs, but the work gets done. People walk in all the time asking if there are openings nearby. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just how it is here. Most days are spent on the phone talking to different companies and looking at stacks of papers. It is a lot of back and forth. My cousin helped me set up the files when we first moved in. Keeping things simple and honest is how we work. You won't find any big speeches here. Looking at what you can do and seeing where that fits is what we do. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the position. Rohtak Road is where we stay for a reason. Although it is loud outside with the traffic, inside we just keep focusing on the lists and the people waiting. Giant corporations aren't what we are trying to be. We are just local folks working out of Paschim Enclave.
