Smart Hire

Smart Hire is based in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Most people know this area for the shopping and the food, and it’s a very lively part of the city to work in. Our office isn't located right in the middle of the central market, which is probably a good thing because it gets very crowded there. We have a modest space that works well for what we do. It’s just a regular office with some desks, chairs, and computers. We don’t have any expensive art on the walls or a fancy coffee bar. We just have a small corner where we keep the tea and some biscuits for the afternoon. People come to us when they’re looking for work or when they need to hire someone, and we just have a normal conversation with them. It’s a very low-key environment. Being in Lajpat Nagar means it’s easy for people to find us, especially with the metro being so close. We’ve got a small team here, and we all just pitch in to get the work done. The office feels a bit lived-in, with stacks of paper and post-it notes everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to act like we’re more important than we are. We’re just a small business in a busy part of Delhi, doing our best to help people find jobs and keep things moving.
