Signjobs.Com is basically run out of a flat in Shalimar Garden. Specifically, Flat No. M.3A in Baake Bihari Kunj. It is a residential area, so it does not feel like a cold office building. We like it that way. It feels more like a home. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to people. It is a lot of computer work. Sometimes we lose track of time because we are deep in a task. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. It is just a place where Kritika and the rest of us work from. Ghaziabad can be a bit dusty and the traffic is a nightmare, but our little spot is okay. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job. There is no script when we talk to people. We just say what is on our minds. Sometimes the place is a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We do not have a human resources department or a marketing manager. We just wear many hats. One minute we are answering emails, the next we are cleaning the kitchen. It is a small operation.
