Our office is located at Brij Kuti, L-213 in Section 12 of Pratap Vihar. If you know where Santosh Medical College is in Ghaziabad, we are quite close to that area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve set up shop here to handle the day-to-day operations of Signjobs.Com. It’s not a huge tech office with bean bags or free snacks. It’s mostly just a few rooms with computers and a lot of cords running across the floor in every direction. We spend a lot of time online, managing job listings and talking to people who are looking for work. The building itself is a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel to it, which we prefer over a cold, sterile office building. Sometimes we can hear the neighbors talking or the kids playing outside while we work. We don't do much in the way of self-promotion. We just keep the site running and try to help people out when they have questions about their accounts. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it’s easier to manage everything ourselves without a lot of meetings. We usually eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area and talk about things other than work. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't have any grand plans to take over the world, just staying busy in Ghaziabad and making sure the website works for everyone who needs it.
