Sigma Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is situated at C-52 on the third floor. We are right opposite the Dena Bank in Mayur Vihar Phase-I. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a climb every day, but it’s a decent office once you get up there. Mayur Vihar is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is a constant demand for security. We provide guards for the local apartments and some of the smaller shops nearby. The office is where we do all the scheduling and interviews. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time checking in with the guards on their mobile phones to make sure everything is quiet at their posts. Sometimes there are issues with the night shifts, so someone from the office usually has to stay late or be on call. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people in Phase-I talking to each other. We just focus on getting the right people for the job and making sure they show up on time in their uniforms. It’s a simple business model. We’ve been across from the bank for a long time and we like the neighborhood. It’s just us doing our part to keep things orderly and making sure our staff knows what they are doing.
