You can find us on the first floor of H No. 40/4 in Gururam Das Nagar, over in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a busy area, especially with all the students and job seekers always walking around. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and the office itself is packed with cabinets and papers. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. There’s always a hum of conversation and the sound of the ceiling fan spinning above. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy scripts for us. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because often they are. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit overwhelming, but we try to keep a handle on things. Working in Laxmi Nagar means you have to be quick and practical. People don't want to hear big speeches; they just want to know if there’s a job for them somewhere. We do our best to keep things organized, even if the files get a bit messy during the busy season. It’s just us here, doing the daily work and trying to help folks find their way in the job market. It’s a simple setup, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the next person who walks through that door.
