We are based in Heritage City, which is in the Sushant Lok 1 area, at B-64/65. This is a residential part of Gurgaon, so we handle many packages for the people who live in the apartments around here. Our office is a small, functional space that stays busy throughout the day. We have rows of shelves where we keep everything organized by the date it arrived. Much of our work involves sitting at the computer and updating the tracking status for different deliveries. It’s not a very big office, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have a lot of outgoing shipments piled up. The team here is small, and we mostly just focus on getting the paperwork done and answering the phone when people call to check on their stuff. The traffic inside Heritage City can be a bit slow sometimes, so we have to plan our pickups carefully. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby for customers. It’s just a counter where people bring their letters and parcels. Sometimes we stay a little late to make sure the last truck of the day is loaded properly. It’s a simple routine of sorting, scanning, and moving items. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know exactly where to find us when they need to send something. We don't do anything fancy here, just basic logistical work that keeps us on our toes from morning until the evening.
