We are located in Shop No 4, which is actually part of a DDA Janta Flat, number 2005, in the Guru Teg Bahadur Enclave of Dilshad Garden. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the big markets, but we still stay busy. The shop is small and it’s basically just a front room with a desk and some metal racks for the parcels. You can hear the kids playing outside in the park area while we are working. We spend a lot of time waiting for the delivery vans to arrive or for neighbors to drop off their envelopes. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour in the afternoon, and we just sit there and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local operation. We know the people living in the flats around us, and they often stop by just to say hello even if they don’t have a package. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit scuffed from moving heavy crates around, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the phones and the paperwork. Every evening, we make sure everything is bagged up and ready for the morning. It’s not fancy, but it is our daily routine here in the enclave, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the neighborhood and the regular visitors who come by to chat.
