Our office is over in Flat No. 519, right in Sector-13 of Dwarka. It’s a residential pocket, Pkt. A, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff business environment. Services In Recruitment Pvt.Ltd has been operating out of this space for some time. We’ve got a few rooms filled with filing cabinets and computers where we keep track of all the hiring stuff. It’s not the easiest place for a first-timer to find because all these apartment blocks look the same, but once you’re inside, it’s just us doing our thing. We don't have a big reception area with a coffee machine, just a small table and some chairs where we talk to people who come in for interviews. The fan usually makes a bit of noise in the summer, and we mostly keep the curtains drawn to block the sun. Working in Dwarka is okay, it’s a bit far for some, but the Metro is close enough if you don't mind a walk. We aren't trying to be some massive agency with hundreds of staff. We’re just a small group trying to help companies find their workers without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when we’re all on the phones at the same time trying to close a position before the day ends.
