Service Industry

We are simply called Service Industry, and we’re based in Noida. We didn't pick a fancy name because we do a bit of everything that falls under service work. Our office is a basic setup. We have some computers, a few desks, and a lot of coffee mugs. Noida is a big place, but we’ve settled into our corner of it. Most of our work involves helping other businesses with their daily operations. It could be anything from data entry to helping with customer queries. Our office is in one of those typical Noida buildings where the elevator is always a bit slow. We have a small corner where we keep a microwave and some snacks for when we're working late. The carpet is a bit worn down near the entrance, but we don't mind. It’s a place where we put our heads down and get through the tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us just sitting there with our headphones on. We don’t have a specific niche we stick to. If we can do the work, we take it. The staff here is a mix of young people and some who have been working in Noida for decades. It’s a plain environment. No posters on the walls or ping-pong tables like those startups. We just come in, do the hours, and make sure the work is finished properly.
