Serco Bpo is based in Delhi. Being in a city like this means things never really stop. It's a big place and we are just one part of the noise. Dealing with business process outsourcing basically means we handle the stuff other companies don't have the time for. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and answering things. The office atmosphere is pretty much what you'd expect from a Delhi workspace. It gets loud. People are always on the move. We don’t really have a fancy story about why we started or what we are trying to achieve. It’s just work. We come in, do the shifts, and go home. Delhi is a tough city sometimes with the heat and the crowds, but it’s where everything happens. You see all sorts of people coming through. We don’t spend much time on decorating the place or making it look like a showroom. It’s functional. We have the equipment we need and enough coffee to keep us going. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we're just catching up on data entry. It’s not glamorous at all. Just a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right. If you’re looking for us, we’re just another office in the middle of the Delhi bustle. We keep things moving as best as we can without making a big fuss about it. That is pretty much the reality of our daily life here in the city.
