Screenex Search

Our office is at A-56 in South Extension-I, which is a pretty central spot in New Delhi. It is a busy area with a lot of shops and traffic, but our building is a bit further back from the main road so it is not too loud. We go by the name Screenex Search. Most of our work involves looking for people to fill specific job openings for different companies. We have a few rooms with desks pushed against the walls to make enough space for everyone. It is not a very big team, but we manage to stay on top of things. We do not have any fancy decor or modern art on the walls. It is just a regular workplace with a lot of computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails throughout the day. People come in and out for meetings, and we try to make them feel comfortable with a glass of water and a chair. We have been in South Ex for a while because it is easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that. We just handle the recruitment process ourselves. It is a simple setup.
