Screenex Consulting (Innovation Group, Hq::Dubai, Uae)

Our office is on the first floor at D-15 in Kailash Colony. We’re part of a bigger group out of Dubai, but here in New Delhi, it’s just a normal local setup. You have to walk up the stairs and the building is a bit older, but it works for us. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means we spend all day on computers or in meetings. There’s a lot of back and forth with the headquarters in the UAE, so our hours can be a bit strange sometimes. We might be here late because of the time difference. The office is usually cluttered with notes and diagrams from different projects we’re working on. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and one of us will look up from our screen. It’s an innovation group, but that just means we try to think of better ways for businesses to do their thing. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just look at the problems and try to find a way through them. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks, just chatting about work and life in the colony. It’s a grounded way to work, even with the international connection. We mostly focus on getting the reports finished on time.
