We’re based out of Chetna Apartment, Plot No. 6/73 in IP Extension. You usually have to ask for R.K. Sharma’s place to find us correctly. Patparganj is a nice enough area, and being in an apartment complex makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal than a big office building. Santusthi Consultants is just a small operation. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table with our laptops. We spend our time consulting on various things that come our way. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing everything ourselves. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized, but we always manage to get the job done in the end. We like the relative quiet of the apartment compared to the busy streets of New Delhi. It helps us think better. We don't use a lot of business jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just tell it like it is. If we can help someone, we will. If we can’t, we’ll just say so. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far. We’ve been in IP Extension for a while and know the neighborhood well. It’s a decent place to work.
