Sampark Search

Sampark Search is tucked away in the Freedom Fighters Enclave, right there in Neb Sarai. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we like it here in this part of Delhi. We’ve been running things from A-73 for a while now. The name Sampark basically means contact, and that’s mostly what we do all day—contacting people. We look for folks who need jobs and try to match them up with what’s available. It sounds simple but it can get pretty messy with all the different requirements. Our office is pretty lived-in. We have posters on the walls and too many coffee mugs on the desks. We aren't trying to be the biggest search firm in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who reach out to us. Most of our days are spent scrolling through websites and making notes on pads of paper. You hear a lot of stories doing this. Everyone has a different reason for looking for work. We listen, take down the details, and see what we can find. Sometimes it works out perfectly, and other times it takes a few tries. We don't use any secret methods or complicated software. It’s just about talking to people and being honest about what’s out there. The neighborhood is fairly calm, which helps when the phones start ringing off the hook. It’s just us, doing our thing every day and hoping we find the right match for someone.
