We are located at House No 48 on Street No 10 in Pratap Nagar. It’s a regular residential street that gets pretty busy with local traffic and people going about their business. Our BPO setup is right there in the middle of it. Inside, the house has been converted into a workspace with rows of desks and computers. It’s often quite noisy because there are always several people on the phone at the same time, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. We handle back-office tasks and customer support for a variety of different businesses. None of that corporate polish you find in the big outsourcing hubs is here. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the wiring for the internet is visible along the walls, but everything functions the way it should. We have a small area in the back where we can sit and eat our lunch away from the phones. Pratap Nagar is a good spot for us because most of the staff lives nearby and can walk or take a short rickshaw ride to get here. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most of our clients find us because someone else told them about our work. It’s a simple, busy atmosphere where we just focus on clearing the call queues and finishing the data entry tasks before the day is over. It’s a regular job for us and we just get on with it.
