Our office is in Pitampura, at 107, 1st Floor of the Risal Complex in Shiva Market. It’s a very busy market area, so there is always something happening downstairs. At Samast Placement & Security Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days meeting people who are looking for work and others who need staff for their buildings. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are looking to be security guards, and others want office jobs. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and the office can feel a bit crowded when a lot of candidates show up at once. It’s a lot of interviewing and checking references. We also have to manage the security side, which means keeping track of schedules and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is not an easy job, and there are often last-minute changes that we have to fix quickly. We have been in Shiva Market for a while now, and the location is easy for people to find. The stairs up to the first floor are always busy. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the necessary desks and chairs for the people we help. It is straightforward work, and we just try to keep everything organized and running smoothly for everyone involved.
