Mundka Industrial Area is where you will find us, right at Hiran Kudna More. The address is 86/24 and it is basically just a big space filled with industrial parts. We spend most of our mornings unloading crates or checking the inventory on the shelves. There are bearings of all sizes here, and some are pretty heavy to move around. It gets a bit dusty because of the location, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Most people who come in are looking for something very specific to fix a machine that stopped working. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. It’s just a counter and a lot of metal components. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We keep our own records on the computer but a lot of the older guys here just know where things are by memory. It is a straightforward operation. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we know the neighbors pretty well too. If you are driving down toward the more, you can’t really miss the building. It’s not the most modern place, but it works for what we do. We mostly just focus on getting the right transmission parts to whoever needs them so they can get back to their own work without too much delay.
