Muskaan Toys

Muskaan Toys is our little shop over in Sadar Bazar. Specifically, we are at Shop No. 217/1 in Hari Om Palace, which is right in the middle of Mahavir Bazar, Teliwara. If you’ve ever visited Sadar Bazar, you know how crazy it gets with all the people and the piles of goods everywhere. Our shop is filled with all kinds of toys—plastic cars, dolls, board games, and whatever else is popular. It’s a colorful place, even if it’s a bit cramped. We have boxes stacked up everywhere because there’s never enough room. During the festival seasons, you can barely move in the lanes outside. We’ve been here at Hari Om Palace for a good while now. Most of our customers are shopkeepers from other towns who come to buy in bulk. It’s a lot of haggling and counting pieces. My kids sometimes come by after school and help out, or just play with the stock. The lighting inside isn't the best, and it gets quite hot in the summer, but we have a couple of good fans going. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. It’s a loud, happy, and very busy way to spend the day. You never know who’s going to walk through the door next in this market, but that is what makes it interesting for us.
