We’re located at 73, G.B.Road, Shardhanand Marg. If you know this area, you know it’s always packed with people and traffic. Our building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history. Inside, the walls are lined with shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling, filled with all sorts of items we’ve collected over the years. It’s a bit dusty in the corners, but we know exactly where everything is located. The front desk is usually piled high with papers and invoices. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just faster for us. It gets quite noisy with the street sounds coming through the front door, especially the honking and the shouting from the market outside on Shardhanand Marg. We usually have some tea around mid-afternoon, and that’s when we catch up on the neighborhood news. The stairs at 73, G.B.Road are a bit narrow, so moving large boxes up and down takes some coordination and a bit of muscle. We’ve been here for a long time, and the regulars know they can just walk in and find us at the back. It’s a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and lock up when the sun goes down. It’s just a traditional business doing what we’ve always done.
