Rozgar Kendra

Our place is located right opposite Kirti Nagar, which is always a hive of activity. Being in New Delhi means dealing with a lot of movement every single day. The office here at Rozgar Kendra is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks where we handle our daily tasks. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is starting their day. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the walls look or if the furniture matches perfectly. It's more about getting through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but then it gets stuffy, so it’s always a bit of a trade-off. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we started out here. New shops open and old ones close, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. People stop by often just to ask questions or see what’s going on. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby and know the area well. We don't use any complicated systems, just basic stuff that works for us. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share in the afternoon, which is the best part of the day. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their best every day and keep the business running.
