We’ve been here at Sector-B in Vasant Kunj for a while now. The office is at Pocket-9, specifically number 6487. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and most of us are used to the commute by now. The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors isn't hard to find if you know the area, though sometimes the pocket numbering gets confusing for delivery folks who are new to the neighborhood. We usually start our mornings with some tea before getting into the day’s tasks. It’s just a regular setup here, nothing too fancy or modern. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we’re being honest, but it feels like home to us. Being in Vasant Kunj is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby when we don't bring our own dabbas. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it’s just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing in the background. Our address at 6487, Sector-B, Pocket-9 is where you'll find the whole team. We don't really do the whole big corporate show thing with glass walls and suits. It's just a place where the work happens. People come and go throughout the week as needed. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We like the local vibe of this part of Delhi. It feels settled and right for us.
