We’re over here at 52C in the AF Block of Shalimar Bagh. If you know Delhi-88, you know it’s a busy spot but our corner is mostly just regular office stuff. Rm Infotree Executive Search Pvt Ltd is basically a few of us sitting around desks, making calls, and looking at lists of names all day. We do executive search, which sounds more fancy than it actually feels when you’re doing it. Mostly it’s just trying to find the right person for a specific role and hoping they answer the phone when we call. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some chairs and computers, but we’ve been at this address for a while now. People come by sometimes, though mostly it’s just email these days. Shalimar Bagh is a good area to work in, plenty of places to grab a quick chai or some lunch when things get a bit slow. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home when the day is done. It gets pretty hectic sometimes with deadlines, but that is just how the hiring business goes.
