Rhombus Services is located at 250-B in Munirka, New Delhi. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes in Munirka, you know it can be a bit of a maze. Our office is just a small room where we handle the various service requests that come in from our clients. It’s not a very big space, and we often have to move piles of paper just to find a place to sit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on our keyboards. It’s the kind of environment where we all know what’s going on because we are sitting so close to each other. We don’t have a big sign or any fancy decorations. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time and they know exactly where to find us. It’s busy, but we like the pace of it. We usually take our lunch breaks together and talk about things other than work. The traffic in this part of Delhi can be a real headache, so we’re always happy when we finally make it to our desks in the morning. We don’t have any grand statements about what we do. We just come in, handle the tasks, and head home once we’re finished. It’s a very simple and practical operation. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, but that’s just how it goes. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.
