We are located at House No.256 in Dhani Ram Colony. If you know where Ishan Hospital is in Badli, we are just behind it. The office is actually part of a house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate office. People just walk in through the front door when they want to talk to us. We have been here for a while and most of the people in the colony know who we are. Our work is pretty straightforward. We find people who are looking for guard jobs and we put them where they are needed. It takes a lot of time to check everyone’s background and make sure they are reliable. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of flashy photos. We just have our reputation in Badli and the surrounding areas. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the office when everyone is trying to talk at once, but we manage to get the schedules sorted out. We focus on the basics like making sure the uniforms are clean and the torches have fresh batteries. It’s the small things that matter in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a steady service to the people who ask for it. It is simple work but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with every day.
