Resource Management Associates is located at A-78 in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar 4. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always humming with people and shops. Our office is right in the middle of it. We’ve been here for years. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s just desks, filing cabinets, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. People are always coming and going. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. We just say hello and see what they need. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We don't pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a small team of associates working together. We’ve learned a lot about this business by just doing it. There wasn't a big manual to follow. We just figured things out as we went along. We like the energy of Amar Colony. It keeps us on our toes. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most people find us because someone told them about us. That’s enough for us. We’re just here to do the work and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s been a good journey so far, and we’re sticking with it.
