This is Resource Development International Pvt Ltd. We operate out of Shahjahanabad Society in Dwarka, New Delhi. Our office is actually Flat No 501 in Block 11 of Sector 11. It is more of a residential building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way because it’s a bit quieter. We work on various development projects and international stuff, which sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just us sitting at our laptops and making plans. Dwarka is a big place, and being in Sector 11 makes it easy for us to get around. The flat has a decent view and enough space for our small team to spread out. We don’t have any big logos on the walls or a fancy coffee machine. We just use a regular electric kettle. Most of our day is spent on calls or writing up reports. It’s a lot of coordination work. We have been in this society for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us come and go. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big glass tower. We just focus on the work we have to do and try to keep things organized so nothing falls through the cracks. It's a simple life here in the flat, just staying busy and getting the paperwork done.
