Resource Angle

Resource Angle is based at 4/14 East Patel Nagar. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a mix of old homes and small businesses. Our office is on one of those streets where you can always hear the sound of scooters and vendors going by throughout the day. Inside, it’s just a standard setup with a couple of rooms and some basic furniture that we've had for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive decor or fancy lighting. We focus on the work at hand, which is mostly helping businesses find the right resources and people for their teams. We spend hours on the computer and talking on the phone with different managers. Sometimes we have to sift through hundreds of applications, which can get a bit tedious and tiring, but it’s what we do to get the job done. We don’t have a big mission statement hanging on the wall or any promotional posters. We just come in, do our tasks, and go home. Usually, there’s a lot of paper everywhere because we still like to keep physical copies of things in our files. The staff here are just regular people from the local area. We take our lunch breaks together in the back and talk about the heat or the latest news. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We like being in East Patel Nagar because it feels like a real community where people know each other. People often drop by just to ask a quick question, and we always try to help.
