Resett Kpo Pvt. Ltd is situated in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. If you’ve been to East Delhi, you know how crowded and lively Laxmi Nagar can be. We are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Our office is a small space where we handle KPO work, which is mostly just processing data and managing documents for other businesses. It’s not glamorous. We spend a lot of time in front of monitors. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, but we make do with fans. We aren't a huge multinational corporation. We’re just a group of people working hard in a busy part of the city. We chose Laxmi Nagar because it’s easy for everyone to get to by metro. The area is full of coaching centers and small shops, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite. Our office doesn't have a lot of decorations. We have the essentials: computers, chairs, and a small area for tea. We don't write big manifestos about what we do. We just take the work that comes in and try to finish it on time. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been here for several years and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood by now. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
