Reputed Recruitment Firm

Our office is tucked away at B 715 Amritpuri, right near the Iscon Temple in East of Kailash. If you know the temple, you can’t really miss the general area, though our specific building is a bit more modest. We’ve been running this Reputed Recruitment Firm for a while. It’s a busy spot because there are always people coming in with their resumes looking for something better. We spend a lot of time just talking to people, trying to understand what they actually know how to do versus what they put on their papers. It can be a bit overwhelming when the waiting room gets full on Monday mornings. The tea boy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a second to breathe. East of Kailash is a pretty central place, so we get people from all over New Delhi. We aren't fancy; we have old wooden desks and filing cabinets that are starting to rust a little at the bottom. We don’t promise anyone the world, we just try to find a match for the jobs we have on our list. It’s a lot of phone calls back and forth with companies. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t. We just keep at it because that’s the job. The street outside is always noisy, but we just shut the windows and get on with our work. It’s just us doing our bit in a very busy part of the city.
