Our office is located at H- 53 in Pocket A of Ina Colony, right near where Mr. Deepak Jain lives. It is more of a quiet residential setting than a big glass office building you might see in other parts of New Delhi. Being a recruitment consultancy focused on IT, we spend most of our hours on the phone or on the computer looking for people who need jobs. Ina Colony is a nice place to be based because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark a bit too loud while we are trying to conduct interviews, but that is just how it goes here. We have a small setup that fits what we do. It’s not about having a huge lobby with a receptionist; it’s more about the actual work of connecting people with companies. The area around H-53 is mostly families, so things quiet down in the evenings after we finish up our work for the day. We have been handling IT recruitment from this spot for some time now, and we have gotten to know the local paths and the best tea stalls nearby. It is a very simple operation. We don’t go for anything flashy. We just sit at our desks, go through the resumes, and try to match the right person with the right role. It's a lot of talking and a lot of typing, but we prefer the casual atmosphere of Ina Colony.
