We are Reebok India Pvt. Ltd. and our office is at J-305 in Sarita Vihar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a mix of residential quiet and city bustle. Our space is pretty straightforward. We don't have the huge flashy showrooms you see in malls; this is where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens. There are boxes piled up in corners and people constantly moving back and forth between desks. It’s a busy atmosphere, but it’s not stiff or overly formal. We wear what we want, mostly, and we talk to each other like normal human beings. The office has been here in Sarita Vihar for some time now. We deal with all the logistics and planning that goes into the brand, but at the end of the day, it’s just a group of us sitting around computers. We have our favorite spots for lunch nearby, and we usually end up talking about cricket or the weather. It’s not some high-pressure corporate cage. We have deadlines and things can get stressful, but we try to keep it grounded. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We’re just the ones making sure the gear gets where it needs to go and the accounts are balanced. It’s honest work in a regular Delhi neighborhood, and that’s plenty for us to focus on during the week.
