Our office for Redwood Infotech is situated right here in New Delhi. We don’t have a specific landmark to point to, but we are well-entrenched in the city’s daily rhythm. The space we work in is pretty straightforward. It’s got desks, chairs, and a whole lot of computer monitors that stay on until late in the evening. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The atmosphere is quiet most of the time, except for the clicking of keyboards and the occasional discussion about a project. We have a small corner where we keep the microwave and a fridge stocked with mostly water and some leftover lunches. It’s a functional environment. We focus on the tasks at hand rather than trying to look like a high-tech startup. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool, so we don't complain too much. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our windows over the years. The traffic seems to get worse every month, but we’re lucky to be in a spot that isn't too hard to reach. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know their jobs and get them done without needing a lot of supervision or corporate pep talks. It works for us and keeps the office running smoothly day in and day out without much fuss.
